Mark Mosher LPC, LADAC uses evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy that will help you live life to the fullest. Mark Mosher is a licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor that can help you move from your addictions to a better life. Everything discussed is confidential and you will be treated with the utmost respect.

Yes. Lampstead Counseling provides secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions to any client physically located in Arkansas. Online therapy is available for individuals, couples, and families who prefer the convenience of meeting from home.

We work with adults, teens, and older children, as well as couples and families. Sessions are always customized to each client’s stage of life and counseling goals.

Standard fee: $100 per 50-minute session
Sliding-scale: Available upon request for qualifying clients
Insurance: We’re in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Advantage, Health Advantage, and several other plans (Aetna, Ambetter, Optum, UHC, etc.). If we’re not yet paneled with your carrier, we can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.

Your initial visit lasts about 50 minutes and focuses on:
Discussing your main concerns and goals
Reviewing health and counseling history
Creating a personalized treatment plan and scheduling follow-up sessions
You’ll leave with clear next steps and an estimated timeline for reaching your goals.

Faith integration is 100 % optional. If requested, your therapist can incorporate Biblical principles and Christian spirituality; otherwise, sessions remain strictly evidence-based and client-focused.

Many clients use out-of-network benefits or pay our sliding-scale rate. We’re happy to supply a detailed invoice (superbill) you can submit for partial reimbursement. Clients paying out of pocket may also use HSA/FSA cards, credit/debit cards.

Because appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a late-cancel/no-show fee. Emergencies are handled case-by-case—just let us know as soon as possible.

Lampstead Counseling is an outpatient practice and is not equipped for 24/7 crisis response. If you’re in immediate danger or experiencing suicidal thoughts, call 911 or 988, or go to your nearest emergency department. Established clients can leave a voicemail after hours; we’ll return calls the next business day.
